Job Description

 

Moving Walls is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven innovation in out-of-home advertising and media analytics. This role is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large-scale datasets to uncover trends, validate methodologies, and build statistical models that inform product development and client solutions. The position combines technical data handling with advanced analytics to generate meaningful business insights.


Responsibilities:
- Gather, process, and manage raw data at scale using scripts, APIs, web scraping, and SQL queries
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data trends and identify irregularities using statistical methods
- Develop, validate, and maintain weighting methodologies, sampling techniques, and outlier detection models
- Analyze historical data and build mathematical models for forecasting
- Identify actionable business insights, trends, and opportunities from analytical findings
- Support analytics automation and data aggregation for new and existing products


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- Experience with trend analysis, multivariate statistics, bias reduction, and data modeling
- Domain expertise in demography, sampling, statistical modeling, and audience measurement
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Python, R, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
- Experience with social and web analytics tools including Google Analytics
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in advertising, media planning, or media research
