Global Village Worker Ltd is seeking an IT Consultant / Sales professional to support international IT sales operations. This role focuses on selling IT products and digital marketing services to global customers through outbound and inbound communication. The position requires strong telesales skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to clearly explain technical services to non-technical clients while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone and email to promote IT products and services
- Explain offerings including websites, software, mobile apps, SEO, SMM, and PPC solutions
- Educate customers on improving their online presence and answer pricing-related queries
- Build value-driven, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Follow up with customers after initial sales contact to close deals
- Maintain accurate daily sales records and activity tracking
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or inside sales
- Strong customer service, persuasion, and deal-closing skills
- Experience using web-based applications and Windows operating systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential client information responsibly
