JumpCloud is seeking an Implementation Consultant based in India to support the onboarding and implementation of its directory platform for customers and partners. This full-time, remote role focuses on guiding organizations through successful deployments by combining technical expertise, structured project planning, and customer-focused consulting. The role plays a key part in ensuring customers achieve fast time to value and long-term success with the JumpCloud platform.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers and partners through structured onboarding and implementation plans
- Build custom onboarding approaches based on customer needs and purchased services
- Consult and assist with JumpCloud rollouts across existing customer infrastructure
- Resolve onboarding and implementation issues through email and remote sessions
- Follow up with customers on recommendations, updates, and agreed action plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and share technical knowledge
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing SaaS onboarding or implementation role
- Strong project and account management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and apply them in customer environments
- Logical, structured approach to problem-solving
- Moderate understanding of IT infrastructure, integrations, and system environments
