Elanco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support full-cycle recruitment across the Asia Pacific region. This role is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent across multiple functions and seniority levels while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The position partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant, and business-aligned hiring outcomes in a dynamic, global organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment, from intake to hiring decisions
- Design and execute sourcing strategies aligned with role requirements and regional market conditions
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates across various functions and levels
- Lead salary discussions and support offer alignment in line with company policies
- Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment agencies and external vendors
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within the applicant tracking system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably covering the APAC region
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
