Leadway Pensure PFA Limited is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Security to oversee and strengthen the organization’s information security posture. This role is responsible for safeguarding enterprise systems, networks, and data while leading security operations, policy development, and risk management initiatives. The position provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure secure, resilient, and compliant IT environments across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee enterprise security solutions and risk management strategies
- Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and business impact analysis
- Investigate security incidents and breaches and recommend control improvements
- Lead, manage, and mentor the enterprise security team
- Develop, document, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures
- Oversee cloud security, disaster recovery, vendor management, and security-related projects
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related numerate discipline
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in network, systems administration, or development roles
- At least 2 years’ experience leading a security team
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, or CBCP
- Strong knowledge of application security, IAM, incident response, and threat assessment
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure
