Our client is seeking a Commercial Trader to support trading operations and revenue growth within its stablecoin on/off-ramp platform. This full-time, remote role focuses on managing institutional client relationships, executing trades, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced fintech environment. The role requires strong trading experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow revenue from existing institutional client relationships
- Execute trades in close collaboration with internal trading and operations teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records of trading and client activities
- Collect and track client feedback and recommend product or process improvements
- Support day-to-day operational activities for senior trading or commercial leadership
- Adhere to all risk management, compliance, and financial exposure policies
Requirements:
- Strong trading experience with demonstrated exposure to the Nigerian market
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B technology or financial services relationship management
- Experience working within fintech, cryptocurrency, or digital asset environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Ability to communicate effectively with Accounting, Compliance, Customer Support, and other teams
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
