Reliance Health is seeking a People Partner Associate to support People Operations initiatives across designated business units. This junior-level role focuses on partnering with managers and employees to align people practices with business objectives while ensuring a positive and compliant employee experience. The position acts as an employee advocate and supports change initiatives, performance processes, and day-to-day HR operations in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for managers and employees on People Operations matters
- Provide guidance on basic HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support the resolution of employee relations issues and conduct initial investigations
- Assist managers with performance reviews, development planning, and goal setting
- Coordinate with recruitment teams on hiring and onboarding activities
- Support learning, development, and change management initiatives across teams
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a Human Resources or People Operations role
- Working knowledge of HR practices and applicable labor laws
- Experience supporting performance management and employee relations processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to confidentiality
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Proficiency with HRIS tools and Microsoft Office applications
