ModSquad is seeking a Temp Sourcer – Corporate Consultant to support its recruiting operations during a period of growth. This full-time, remote contract role is expected to last between three and six months and focuses on high-volume sourcing and recruiting across contractor and corporate roles. The position plays a critical role in identifying qualified talent and moving candidates efficiently through the recruitment pipeline in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill high-volume requisitions for contractor customer support and engagement roles
- Source, qualify, and recruit full-time employees for corporate and operational positions
- Identify and engage prospective candidates across multiple channels and regions
- Manage and advance candidates through the applicant tracking system
- Support recruiting processes involving non-disclosure agreements and compliance steps
- Handle multiple sourcing assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience in a high-volume environment
- Background in recruiting both contractors and full-time employees
- Experience working in global recruiting contexts with cultural awareness
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
- Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach to sourcing
- Internet and social media proficiency for candidate identification
