Addi is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive the expansion of its SMB merchant network in Villavicencio. This role is fully focused on outbound field sales, requiring strong prospecting discipline, consultative selling skills, and the ability to consistently exceed revenue targets. The position plays a critical role in accelerating Addi’s market presence and partner adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Execute 100% cold outbound prospecting to acquire new SMB merchant partners.
- Conduct in-field sales visits to activate and onboard new partners.
- Deliver consultative sales pitches tailored to each merchant’s business needs.
- Translate assigned GMV quotas into structured territory and execution plans.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of uninterrupted experience in cold, hunter-style field sales roles.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in outbound environments.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to manage territory execution.
- High proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience designing and managing personal territory management systems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and optimize performance.
