Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst role focuses on manual testing, defect tracking, and QA documentation to ensure software meets business and technical requirements. This position collaborates closely with developers and product managers to support Agile delivery and continuous improvement across the SDLC.

Zipdev is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products through effective manual testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role plays a key part in validating functionality, identifying defects, and supporting Agile development processes in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective test strategies.
- Design, document, and execute manual test cases and regression test suites.
- Identify, log, track, and validate software defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear QA documentation including test cases, results, and traceability artifacts.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
- Strong background in manual testing across functional, regression, and UAT scenarios.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or comparable QA and ticketing tools.
- Solid documentation skills for test plans, cases, and evidence.
- Understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
- Basic SQL skills for data validation and testing support.
