TeamWork Management is seeking a Windows/Linux Systems Administrator to support global infrastructure operations for international clients. This role is focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Windows, Linux, virtualization, and cloud environments while working within ITIL-based service management processes. The position is fully remote and operates on a Colombian work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments including virtual machines, Active Directory, group policies, and scheduled tasks.
- Manage and support Linux servers, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Operate and maintain VMware vCenter infrastructure, including VM lifecycle management and datastore monitoring.
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and backup operations.
- Monitor backup processes, validate restores, and ensure RPO and RTO objectives are met.
- Perform basic MSSQL administration tasks including monitoring processes and running queries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and Linux systems.
- Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter technologies.
- Basic understanding of AWS cloud services and backup concepts.
- Experience with monitoring tools and ITSM ticketing systems.
- Advanced English proficiency for international collaboration.
