Job Description

 

Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support a global consumer health client through its Recruitment Process Outsourcing solution. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment operations, leading recruiter teams, and acting as a strategic partner to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable talent acquisition services.


Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute project work plans, ensuring recruitment requests are clearly defined and delivered on time.
- Lead and allocate resources, define team metrics, and oversee recruiter performance.
- Apply Korn Ferry staffing methodologies and enforce project standards and quality assurance.
- Partner closely with clients to manage expectations, communicate progress, and identify recruitment solutions.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and prepare client and management reports.
- Anticipate, escalate, and resolve risks or issues impacting delivery or service quality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, add-on services, and business development.


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- At least 2 years of experience within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting and recruitment metrics.
- Familiarity with SLAs, SOWs, revenue models, and P&L concepts.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing recruitment teams.
