Lead Product Owner

The Lead Product Owner role supports Risk Operations and Technology across Latin America, acting as a strategic connector between local execution teams and global stakeholders. The position focuses on regional product governance, process optimization, and change management to ensure scalable, standardized, and business-aligned Human Capital solutions.

Aon is seeking a Lead Product Owner to support Risk Operations and Technology initiatives across Latin America. This role acts as a strategic business partner, connecting local execution teams with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment, integration, and adoption of global standards. The position requires a strong product and process mindset, hands-on execution, and the ability to operate as an individual contributor within a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary business partner for Human Capital solutions, aligning local practices with regional and global strategies.
- Centralize and coordinate regional product governance and decision-making activities.
- Maintain clear communication channels with regional and global leaders on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Support process optimization initiatives through automation, standardization, and platform adoption.
- Provide business and market insights to inform product decisions and ensure regional relevance.
- Drive change management efforts to support successful implementation and user adoption.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with global and regional teams across operational and technology domains.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
