Medtronic is seeking a Principal Business Process Improvement Analyst to support transformation initiatives within its Global Service & Repair organization. This role focuses on enabling continuous improvement, strengthening collaboration between business and IT, and delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance enterprise platforms and operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support Product Owner and Business Analyst activities by coordinating analytics, insights, and reporting initiatives.
- Perform large-scale data and systems analysis to identify optimization opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering, workshops, analysis, testing, and production deployment.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams for Service & Repair initiatives.
- Contribute to ServiceNow platform enhancements, integrations, and workflow automation efforts.
- Provide clear documentation of business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platforms.
- Strong ability to interpret and translate business and technical requirements.
- Experience working with SAP and enterprise systems.
