Data Architect (Hightouch)

The Data Architect (Hightouch) role focuses on designing and leading modern data architectures that integrate Snowflake with Hightouch and broader martech stacks. This position plays a key role in client discovery, solution design, and technical leadership, enabling scalable, high-impact customer data solutions.

Massive Rocket is seeking a senior Data Architect with deep Hightouch expertise to design and lead the delivery of modern, warehouse-native data architectures for global clients. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with client-facing discovery, storytelling, and solution design in a fast-paced, remote-first agency environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand business needs, data challenges, and technical requirements.
- Design end-to-end data architectures integrating Hightouch within Snowflake-centric martech ecosystems.
- Develop robust data models and architectural patterns aligned with client goals.
- Evaluate, select, and recommend appropriate data technologies and tooling.
- Guide data engineers through implementation, optimization, and operational best practices.
- Translate complex data analysis into clear, compelling insights and narratives.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in data or solution architecture roles.
- At least 5 years in a technical leadership or senior architecture capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with Hightouch, including reverse ETL design and optimization.
- Proven experience integrating Snowflake with martech and analytics platforms.
- Advanced skills in data modelling, data pipelines, and modern integration tooling.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, version control, and CI/CD practices.
