Massive Rocket is seeking an experienced Lead CRM Strategist to lead client-facing CRM strategy and guide a team of strategists within a fast-growing, remote-first digital agency. This role plays a critical part in shaping data-led marketing strategies that drive measurable ROI while aligning CRM execution with broader business and customer lifecycle goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and orchestrate end-to-end CRM strategy for clients, aligned to KPIs and ROI objectives.
- Translate complex data, insights, and frameworks into clear strategic narratives and actionable plans.
- Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to senior stakeholders during the delivery and sales lifecycle.
- Partner with clients to understand strategic goals and design integrated, data-driven customer journeys.
- Oversee implementation of CRM strategy in collaboration with execution teams.
- Conduct lifecycle-based strategy sessions grounded in best practices and CRM principles.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12+ years of CRM experience, including 5 years in a CRM strategy role.
- Strong background in agency, consultancy, or client-side CRM strategy delivery.
- Deep knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Proven ability to use data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced analytical, prioritization, and multi-project management capabilities.
