This role focuses on improving AI reasoning, accuracy, and problem-solving capabilities through prompt creation, evaluation, and correction of model outputs. Contributors work independently on flexible schedules while collaborating on cutting-edge AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Create technically challenging prompts related to civil engineering concepts and applications
- Define clear scoring criteria to evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and reasoning quality
- Review and correct AI outputs using professional engineering judgment
- Design computationally intensive engineering problems using Python-based approaches
- Apply domain expertise across specialized civil engineering disciplines
- Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and complex guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in civil engineering or a recognized sub-discipline
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher)
- Strong Python programming skills, including experience with NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas
- Ability to design diverse, complex, and computation-focused engineering problems
