The Client Growth and Onboarding Manager is responsible for owning and optimising the complete lead-to-enrolment journey for a growing Australian education business. This role focuses on client acquisition, conversion optimisation, and onboarding systems, ensuring prospective families move smoothly from initial inquiry through enrolment while maintaining strong communication and measurable growth outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full client acquisition pipeline from lead generation to final enrolment
- Ensure timely and proactive follow-up across inbound and outbound communication channels
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase conversion rates
- Oversee onboarding processes to reduce churn and improve completion rates
- Brief and manage freelancers or review marketing assets for funnel effectiveness
- Track KPIs, prepare clear performance insights, and report outcomes to leadership
