The Dialer & Marketing Specialist supports real estate and mortgage operations by managing outbound outreach, CRM updates, recruiting coordination, post-closing surveys, and weekly marketing materials. This role requires consistent phone-based communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail while supporting loan originators, recruiters, and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to Realtors and Loan Officers to schedule weekly appointments using provided scripts
- Verify Realtor production metrics and send confirmation emails after appointments are scheduled
- Build and maintain appointment lists for multiple Loan Originators
- Enter and maintain accurate contact and production data using CRM and lookup tools
- Manage recruiting outreach efforts, including scheduling weekly screening calls with potential recruits
- Perform post-closing survey calls with agents and borrowers to gather feedback and request reviews
Requirements:
- Strong communication and phone skills with comfort in consistent outbound calling
- Experience following scripts and handling professional scheduling conversations
- Proficiency in CRM systems and accurate data entry
- Familiarity with real estate or mortgage terminology and outreach workflows
- Ability to manage multiple lists, schedules, and follow-ups simultaneously
- Strong time management skills to meet weekly call and appointment targets
