Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, professional customer service by responding to inquiries, concerns, and issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities and successfully book clinic appointments
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate and confidential customer records using Salesforce
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to customer service best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or customer success, preferably in healthcare or dental settings
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Experience with lead conversion and meeting KPIs, particularly in international markets
- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
