Automations Specialist

The Automations Specialist role is responsible for building, maintaining, and improving automation workflows that power core product operations. This position works closely with internal teams and systems to ensure data accuracy, workflow reliability, and scalable automation that supports rapid growth and evolving product needs.

The Automations Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining and evolving the automation backbone of a fast-growing AI SaaS platform. This position focuses on building reliable workflows, maintaining integrations, and continuously improving systems that support both internal operations and client-facing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Build, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Make.com, or similar platforms
- Design and manage triggers, conditions, and automation logic to ensure stability and scalability
- Integrate SaaS tools, databases, CRMs, and internal systems using APIs and webhooks
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow failures, data sync issues, and edge cases
- Own automation-related support tickets and communicate resolutions clearly to stakeholders
- Experiment with new automation use cases and improve internal standards and reusable templates

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining automation workflows
- Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.com
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based data structures
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex automation logic and system integrations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation quality
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
