The APAC Sourcing Senior Consultant role supports procurement, real estate, and facilities management initiatives across the APAC region, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver cost savings, governance improvements, and sourcing excellence through strategic analysis and end-to-end procurement execution.

Job Description

 

The APAC Sourcing Senior Consultant will join Harbor’s Vendor Governance and Sourcing team, delivering procurement, real estate, and facilities management consulting services to clients across the APAC region. This role supports strategic sourcing initiatives, vendor governance, and real estate projects while partnering closely with client stakeholders and internal project teams to drive value, efficiency, and compliance.


Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end procurement activities including requirements gathering, RFI/RFP processes, negotiation, contracting, and vendor governance
- Conduct sourcing initiatives across real estate, facilities management, and indirect spend categories in the APAC region
- Perform market research, financial analysis, and benchmarking to identify cost savings and process improvements
- Support real estate projects including vendor sourcing, contract review, and stakeholder coordination
- Develop and present clear, data-driven recommendations to client management and executives
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development and business development efforts


Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting, strategic sourcing, procurement, or real estate and facilities management
- Strong knowledge of APAC vendors, market dynamics, pricing models, and contract structures
- Proven experience managing full procurement lifecycle activities and complex sourcing projects
- Advanced analytical, quantitative, and qualitative research skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
