You’ll manage timelines, risks, and reporting in Monday.com while driving process improvements and ensuring successful outcomes for multiple concurrent initiatives.
Job Description
ITG is a marketing and technology company that delivers creative and digital solutions, and the Project Manager is the central point of coordination for key client projects. In this role, you will manage campaigns and delivery initiatives end to end, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to cross-functional teams and ensuring that work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing and digital projects from pre-sales through implementation and BAU.
- Build detailed workback and waterfall schedules with tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Create and refine project estimates for time, effort, and resources.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date project information in Monday.com as the single source of truth.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and deadlines.
- Produce clear project status, risk, and resource utilization reports.
Requirements:
- Three to five years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in marketing or agency settings.
- Hands-on experience using Monday.com for tracking, reporting, and scheduling.
- Familiarity with waterfall or hybrid project structures and workback planning.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, autonomous approach with strong communication and stakeholder management.
- B2 or higher English proficiency, both written and spoken.
