As a Tech Support Specialist, you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in a structured environment, handling ticket triage, user onboarding, and desktop troubleshooting. You’ll work with Microsoft-based systems, Azure AD / Entra ID, and remote tools while documenting actions clearly and collaborating with senior technicians.

NeoWork is a managed service provider dedicated to delivering precise, reliable remote IT support for its clients, and the Tech Support Specialist ensures users receive timely, structured assistance. In this role, you will work within a ticket-driven environment, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, managing onboarding and offboarding, and resolving day-to-day technical issues for users in Microsoft-based environments.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for client users and systems.
- Triage and manage incoming support tickets based on urgency and impact.
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup in Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Support computer setup, basic troubleshooting, and system updates.
- Document all actions, findings, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians when escalation or deeper expertise is needed.

Requirements:
- One to two years of experience in technical support or MSP environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Active Directory, and Windows.
- Strong documentation habits and clear communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow standard procedures and manage basic IT configurations.
- Experience using remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- A disciplined, detail-oriented approach and a customer-focused mindset.
