Intellectsoft is a technology consulting and IT services company that partners with organizations to deliver digital transformation, and the Client Engagement Manager is central to winning and growing strategic accounts. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new clients, closing deals, and expanding relationships across innovative startups and large enterprises, particularly in US and EU markets.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing new clients.
- Build and deepen relationships with decision-makers at client organizations.
- Lead post-sale delivery alignment to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Act as a brand ambassador, positioning Intellectsoft’s solutions to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, finance, and delivery teams on deals and strategy.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of acquiring and closing new clients in IT services.
- Strong understanding of consulting sales and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing negotiations, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills in English.
- Focus on both short-term wins and long-term partnership development.
