Job Description

 

The Global Ad Operations Manager role at Goodway Group focuses on managing the execution, tracking, and optimization of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns. The manager will oversee ad trafficking, tag implementation, QA processes, and troubleshooting across various platforms. This role requires a combination of strategic understanding and operational excellence, ensuring campaigns meet client objectives while following best practices. The manager will collaborate with media, strategy, and planning teams to provide recommendations, resolve issues, and enhance campaign performance in a fast-paced global environment.


Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
- Implement tracking, ensure pixel accuracy, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Conduct performance reporting and continuously refine campaign effectiveness.
- Serve as a technical expert across DSPs, platforms, and ad ops tools.
- Align ad ops strategy with client goals and present insights when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize multi-channel media execution.


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising operations or campaign management.
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, and programmatic platforms.
- Experience in trafficking, tagging, ad servers, and verification tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and resolve technical issues efficiently.
