The Growth Specialist role at eJam contributes to the company’s performance marketing efforts by supporting and managing large-scale customer acquisition campaigns. This position requires a deep understanding of native advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The specialist will plan and optimize campaigns, analyze data to generate insights, and recommend creative and strategic improvements. This role involves managing significant advertising budgets, optimizing funnels, and ensuring campaigns meet growth goals in a fast-paced, fully remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize customer acquisition campaigns on native ad platforms.
- Manage high-scale budgets and monitor paid acquisition performance.
- Analyze large datasets to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Enhance campaigns through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and targeting.
- Provide feedback on creative strategy and collaborate with design teams.
- Maintain monthly media plans and ensure consistent campaign execution.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns on native platforms.
- Familiarity with Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, and similar networks.
- Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with large datasets.
- Expertise in Google web and conversion tracking with knowledge of attribution.
- Experience managing budgets of at least $200,000 per month.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to creative ideation and landing page development.
