The Founding Marketing/Growth Associate role supports a fast-growing AI EdTech SaaS startup by building and executing its marketing engine from the ground up. The position involves creating compelling content for K–12 teachers, driving digital and demand-generation campaigns, and managing community engagement. This associate will develop growth loops, nurture user pipelines, and support product-led growth initiatives by analyzing user behavior and optimizing referral and engagement programs. The role also includes managing marketing operations, supporting sales enablement, and leveraging data to inform strategies in a fully remote, high-autonomy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality content across blogs, newsletters, SEO articles, and social channels.
- Build and manage a strong community of teachers and power users.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to generate and nurture qualified leads.
- Design email drip campaigns to convert free users into school-level adoption.
- Analyze user data to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
- Manage the MarTech stack and produce marketing and sales assets.
Requirements:
- Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience in digital, content, or demand generation.
- Direct experience in K–12 education or EdTech marketing roles.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern SaaS and GenAI tools.
