Job Summary
EXUS, creator of the EXUS Financial Suite (EFS), is hiring a Business Analyst to translate client requirements into technical specifications for credit risk and collections solutions. You will work remotely with SEA banking clients to shape implementations, support SIT/UAT, and drive measurable business impact.
Job Description
EXUS is seeking a Business Analyst to join the EFS Delivery team and support implementations of credit risk and collections software across Southeast Asia. The role centers on analyzing client requirements, configuring systems, and ensuring successful delivery through testing, training, and documentation. You will liaise with client stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to translate complex business needs into actionable specifications that deliver measurable results for banking and financial customers.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements for collections management and portfolio segmentation and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to configure, test, and deploy EFS solutions.
- Support SIT and UAT phases, provide user training, and produce user manuals and BRDs.
- Prepare process flows, FRS documents, and client-facing presentations tailored to stakeholder levels.
- Facilitate workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with client teams.
- Deliver post-implementation support and help clients achieve full system ownership.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, ICT, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3–5 years of business analysis or software consulting experience, preferably in banking or finance.
- Strong skills in producing BRDs, FRSs, process flows, and training materials.
- Proven client-facing experience and workshop facilitation abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
- Ability to manage deadlines and travel up to 30% annually when required.
