Tether is seeking a Senior Blockchain Expansion Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across its global blockchain partner ecosystem. This role focuses on building and managing high-impact relationships with blockchain foundations while driving real-world adoption of Tether assets. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working across internal and external teams to deliver scalable, high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Design and execute growth initiatives to expand adoption and utility of Tether assets.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving marketing, economics, product, and regional teams.
- Track project performance, report outcomes, and optimize execution strategies.
- Identify new opportunities to improve partner engagement and ecosystem expansion.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in partnership or ecosystem management within crypto, fintech, or technology sectors.
- Strong track record of executing strategic growth projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
