Senior Product Manager

SimplyInsured is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for new partnerships and product development initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role works closely with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that simplify health insurance for small businesses. The position focuses on defining product direction, prioritizing requirements, and driving innovation within a fast-growing insurtech environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy for new partnerships and product development initiatives.
- Gather, structure, and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute product roadmap across the technology stack to deliver scalable solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align product vision with customer needs and business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Partner with engineering teams to develop prototypes and bring product concepts to life.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience with ownership of product roadmaps.
- Experience in early-stage startups within SaaS, fintech, healthtech, or insurtech sectors.
- Proven experience in 0-to-1 product development.
- Hands-on experience with consumer-facing SaaS or marketplace products.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
