Job Description

 

SimplyInsured is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive growth through the development and management of key partnerships. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role focuses on building long-term relationships, expanding existing accounts, and aligning partnership strategies with business objectives. The position plays a critical role in scaling revenue by delivering tailored solutions and fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and achieve shared business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities within existing partnerships to expand revenue and engagement.
- Conduct business reviews and present performance insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, integration, and ongoing partner success.
- Track KPIs and report on partnership performance to senior leadership.


Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or partnerships roles.
- Experience in early-stage startups or insurtech environments preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple partner relationships.
- Strong business acumen and relationship-building capabilities.
