Immunefi is seeking a Marketing Lead to build and scale its product go-to-market and token marketing engine within the Web3 security ecosystem. This role operates at both strategic and execution levels, designing AI-powered marketing systems while directly driving campaigns and messaging. The position partners closely with executive leadership to translate vision into a scalable marketing function that drives adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for core products, including Managed Triage and Bug Bounty programs.
- Build AI-powered marketing systems, workflows, and automation pipelines to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Lead token marketing initiatives, including positioning, narrative development, and community activation.
- Define ideal customer profiles and create messaging frameworks for technical and enterprise audiences.
- Drive ecosystem partnerships, community engagement, and referral growth initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns, systems, and messaging strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with strong expertise in Web3 or token marketing.
- Proven experience scaling marketing functions in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
- Strong product marketing fundamentals, including ICP definition and messaging architecture.
- Experience building AI-driven marketing workflows and automation systems.
- Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, communities, and growth dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
