Optum is seeking a Business Process Analyst to drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence across acute and ambulatory healthcare settings. This role focuses on analyzing workflows, implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and supporting revenue cycle and contact center process improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. You will partner with clinical and operational teams to design scalable solutions and to train staff on improved procedures that reduce waste and enhance outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze clinical and administrative processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement process changes using Lean, Six Sigma, and RCM best practices.
- Lead and support automation initiatives and technology-enabled workflows.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and provide status reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate with contact center and operational teams to improve performance metrics.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare process improvement or Revenue Cycle Management.
- 3+ years with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- 3+ years project management experience managing multiple initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in acute or ambulatory care settings and familiarity with RCM workflows.
- Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams to deliver results.
