Ask Media Group is hiring a Contract Performance Marketing Expert (Media Buyer) to manage large-scale Facebook advertising campaigns and contribute to the development of advanced marketing automation tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, focusing on paid content strategies (e.g., advertorials, content arbitrage, lead funnels)
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to shape automation tools and translate marketing needs into technical requirements
- Influence product and platform development related to campaign optimization, targeting, and reporting
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, LTV) and optimize accordingly
- Implement and manage tracking systems, including pixels and conversion events
- Expand campaigns across global markets and languages
- Monitor performance daily and propose data-driven improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on media buying experience, especially with Facebook Ads
- Strong background in paid content marketing (content arbitrage, lead generation, etc.)
- Experience working with engineering or data teams on automation or tooling
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and scaling strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
