Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Wynd Labs is an early-stage startup building Grass, a decentralized network that enables users to share unused internet bandwidth and earn rewards. The Senior Backend Engineer will design and scale backend systems, develop APIs, and contribute to infrastructure powering a web-scale data network for AI.

Wynd Labs is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to help build and scale backend systems for Grass, a decentralized network for sharing internet bandwidth. This role focuses on developing scalable infrastructure, improving system performance, and contributing to a cutting-edge AI data ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs  
- Develop new features and improve existing systems  
- Test, deploy, and debug backend services  
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code  
- Review technical designs and contribute to architecture decisions  
- Support infrastructure across mobile, desktop, and server-side applications  

Requirements:
- 4+ years of backend software development experience  
- Strong knowledge of scalable system design  
- Experience with debugging and maintaining live systems  
- Familiarity with CI/CD and modern development practices  
- Strong English communication skills  
- Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience  

Tech Stack:
- Go, Node.js  
- Redis, Kubernetes  
- AWS (EKS, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, Elasticache)
