Nucs AI is seeking a Partnership Director to lead strategic relationships and commercial partnerships across the healthcare and oncology ecosystem. This role involves managing partnerships end-to-end, driving business growth, and representing the company in high-level engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with hospitals, pharma companies, and research institutions
- Lead partnership strategy, negotiations, and execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery
- Manage partner-facing projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with product and business goals
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events
- Develop partnership frameworks, processes, and reporting systems
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management in healthcare or related fields
- Strong network within medical imaging, oncology, or healthcare ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or related field
Preferred:
- Experience in AI-driven healthcare or MedTech startups
- Background in precision oncology or medical imaging
- Experience building partnership functions in early-stage companies
- Familiarity with CRM tools and partnership analytics
