The General Manager for Nomad Insurance will lead product strategy, growth, and operations across multiple insurance offerings, driving scale and delivering exceptional user experiences for a global customer base.

SafetyWing is seeking a General Manager to lead its Nomad Insurance product line, overseeing strategy, growth, and execution. This role combines product leadership and business management, with responsibility for scaling multiple insurance products and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Own the overall success of Nomad Insurance, including product strategy and growth targets  
- Define product vision, goals, and feature prioritization with cross-functional teams  
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team across growth, engineering, and design  
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience aligned with user needs  
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships  
- Drive execution to scale the product significantly and achieve business objectives
