NeoWork is seeking a strategic Director of Operations to lead its Philippine operations and drive organizational performance within a fast-growing BPO environment. This role is responsible for establishing operational strategies, improving processes, and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients. The Director of Operations oversees team development, resource planning, performance tracking, and compliance to support NeoWork’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep industry experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Oversee functional operations across Philippine teams to ensure service quality.
- Lead and mentor staff while fostering a culture focused on excellence and growth.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of operations management experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Strong understanding of BPO operations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and organizational planning.
- Experience with Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
