Manager, Analytics - Insights

The Manager, Analytics - Insights will lead analytical initiatives, generate business insights, and support cross-functional teams with data-driven decision-making across healthcare operations.

Judi Health is seeking a Manager, Analytics - Insights to support and grow its analytics function by delivering actionable insights and driving data-informed decision-making. This role combines technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and team leadership to enhance analytics capabilities across healthcare operations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform data modeling and analysis to generate insights for strategic and operational decisions  
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations using visualizations  
- Develop scalable processes for data collection, reporting, and analysis  
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize analytics initiatives  
- Manage project timelines and support delivery of analytics projects  
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in analytics and data usage  

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field  
- 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related roles  
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or claims data analysis  
- Strong expertise in SQL and Python for data analysis  
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift  
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
