The Account Executive will manage inbound sales pipelines, conduct discovery calls, and close deals while building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Job Description

 

Magic is seeking an Account Executive to manage inbound sales opportunities and drive revenue growth through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, from discovery through closing, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.


Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from inbound discovery calls to closing and onboarding handoff  
- Conduct high-volume discovery calls with executive-level prospects  
- Identify customer needs and position tailored outsourcing solutions  
- Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools  
- Collaborate with support and operations teams to ensure client success 
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets  


Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, outsourcing, or professional services  
- Proven ability to close deals with C-level or senior decision-makers  
- Strong pipeline management skills and CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot)  
- Excellent communication skills with high English proficiency (C1/C2)  
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment  
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven mindset
