This role involves owning the full sales cycle, from discovery through closing, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from inbound discovery calls to closing and onboarding handoff
- Conduct high-volume discovery calls with executive-level prospects
- Identify customer needs and position tailored outsourcing solutions
- Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with support and operations teams to ensure client success
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, outsourcing, or professional services
- Proven ability to close deals with C-level or senior decision-makers
- Strong pipeline management skills and CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot)
- Excellent communication skills with high English proficiency (C1/C2)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
