Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Trading Operations Team
- Oversee capacity planning and performance management
- Ensure effective execution of pre-session, in-session, and post-session processes
- Design and maintain escalation procedures for anomalies and incidents
- Improve anomaly detection systems and response times
- Optimize tooling, workflows, and communication across teams
- Balance stakeholder needs with team performance and well-being

Requirements:
- Experience in trading operations or similar roles
- Ability to combine hands-on technical work with team management
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
