Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, and engagement channels
- Design and execute growth experiments to optimize performance
- Build and manage ambassador and influencer programs
- Develop partnerships with creators and niche communities
- Coordinate influencer campaigns including outreach and performance tracking
- Analyze KPIs and use data to inform strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills using first principles thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with ambassador or influencer programs
