Podcast Editor (Philippines)

Fertility Bridge is seeking a detail-oriented Podcast Editor based in the Philippines to lead the production, editing, and distribution of weekly podcast episodes. This role ensures high-quality audio output, timely delivery of production assets, and consistent content scheduling across platforms. The Podcast Editor works closely with internal teams using remote-first tools and workflows to complete episodes, create supplementary materials, and support long-term content planning. This position plays a key role in maintaining production quality and supporting brand consistency across digital channels. Responsibilities: - Edit weekly podcast episodes to professional standards based on brand guidelines. - Prepare distribution materials including social posts, transcripts, webpages, and emails. - Maintain a five-episode production reserve to ensure content continuity. - Use editing and project management tools such as Asana, Loom, and cloud software. - Collaborate with internal teams to manage podcast workflows and improve processes. - Ensure podcast quality comparable to leading industry benchmarks. Requirements: - Proven experience in podcast editing and project coordination. - Ability to remove filler words, stutters, and interruptions for polished output. - Strong familiarity with remote work technologies including GSuite and cloud editing tools. - Excellent communication skills and readiness for video-based collaboration. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently. - Must be physically located in the Philippines and authorized to work with U.S. clients.
