Earnest is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to lead pricing and modeling initiatives that drive business performance and revenue growth. This role focuses on building end-to-end data science solutions, conducting experiments, and delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Build and own end-to-end pricing systems from experimentation to production
- Lead pricing experiments to optimize conversion, retention, and profitability
- Develop and apply advanced models including econometrics and causal inference
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions
- Translate complex analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Mentor team members and elevate data science practices

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in data science, pricing, or quantitative modeling
- Strong proficiency in Python or R and SQL
- Experience building and deploying pricing or demand models
- Expertise in econometrics, elasticity modeling, and experimentation
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
