Canonical is seeking a Partner Sales Director to lead strategic engagement with Global System Integrators (GSIs). This role focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening partnerships, and expanding Ubuntu-based solutions across enterprise markets. You will work closely with internal and partner teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic relationships with global system integrator partners
- Drive sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with sales strategies
- Lead customer workshops, sales events, and executive engagements
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align partner solutions
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with partners
- Identify new opportunities to expand Ubuntu adoption and market share
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in alliance or indirect sales management
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, virtualization, and open source ecosystems
- Experience working with global system integrators and partner sales models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
