Job Description

 

GR8 Tech is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead and scale its customer success and account management function. This role focuses on building structured lifecycle processes, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective account strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.


Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a full customer lifecycle framework from onboarding to retention
- Build scalable account management processes and playbooks
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and expansion strategies for client accounts
- Oversee customer satisfaction, loyalty programs, and feedback systems
- Act as the voice of the customer and align internal teams with client needs
- Drive revenue growth through account expansion and retention strategies


Requirements:
- Experience leading account management or customer success teams
- Strong background in B2B environments such as iGaming, IT, or finance
- Proven ability to build and implement lifecycle management frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle escalations and complex client relationships
- Strong organizational and execution capabilities
