This role focuses on building structured lifecycle processes, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective account strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a full customer lifecycle framework from onboarding to retention
- Build scalable account management processes and playbooks
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and expansion strategies for client accounts
- Oversee customer satisfaction, loyalty programs, and feedback systems
- Act as the voice of the customer and align internal teams with client needs
- Drive revenue growth through account expansion and retention strategies
Requirements:
- Experience leading account management or customer success teams
- Strong background in B2B environments such as iGaming, IT, or finance
- Proven ability to build and implement lifecycle management frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle escalations and complex client relationships
- Strong organizational and execution capabilities
