Manager, Enterprise Application Engineering

OppFi is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Application Engineering to lead the development and management of enterprise systems that support business operations. This role involves guiding a team of engineers, overseeing SaaS platforms, and ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure aligned with business goals. You will act as both a technical leader and strategic partner to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supporting hiring and career development
- Develop and execute enterprise application and integration strategies
- Manage SaaS platforms including Google Workspace and Atlassian tools
- Design and oversee identity and access management systems
- Build and maintain system integrations and automation workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise application engineering or similar roles
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong expertise in SaaS platforms, IAM systems, and cloud technologies
- Experience with REST APIs, automation scripting, and system integrations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
