Frontend Product Engineer

Mento is seeking a Frontend Product Engineer to shape the user experience of its AI-powered coaching platform. This role focuses on building modern, intuitive interfaces that make AI-driven interactions accessible and engaging. You will work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality frontend solutions that support real-time user engagement and personalized coaching experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Build and implement user interfaces for AI-driven coaching features and interactions
- Develop reusable frontend components and maintain scalable architecture
- Create responsive and accessible user experiences across devices
- Collaborate with design teams on prototypes, user testing, and feature improvements
- Integrate frontend systems with backend APIs and real-time data streams
- Deliver features end-to-end from development to deployment

Requirements:
- Strong experience with React, Redux Toolkit, and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
- Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Material-UI
- Experience building AI-driven or real-time user interfaces
- Understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and frontend-backend integration
- Strong product mindset with attention to user experience and interface design
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
