SEO Manager

Sporty Group is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead organic growth initiatives across its global digital platforms. This role focuses on building and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to enhance visibility and performance in competitive markets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility across multiple regions
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-value growth opportunities
- Lead backlink acquisition and outreach using platforms like RhinoRank, Ocere, and Zentury
- Build and maintain a strong, diverse backlink profile using white-hat techniques
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices
- Perform content audits and optimize pages for search performance and engagement
- Track and analyze SEO performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and Ahrefs
- Work with development teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented
- Optimize local SEO, including Google My Business listings

Requirements:
- 3+ years of SEO experience across multiple regions or markets
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with SEO tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
- Knowledge of website architecture, crawlability, and link equity
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sports betting, gaming, or entertainment industries
- Familiarity with outreach tools like RhinoRank, Ocere, or Zentury
- Experience with international or multilingual SEO
- Basic knowledge of paid search (SEM) and its integration with SEO strategies
